Showoff... those look amazing!! Im glad you left the recipe, bookmarked!!I make something similar. But in the smoker.
Cream cheese, bacon bits, any barbecue dry rub and mozzarella. Mix it together.
Half and core the jalapeños.
Spoon in the mixture.
Wrap with thinly sliced bacon.
Shake some of that dry rub on top.
In the smoker for a few hours.
Here’s the kicker. When they come out, brush some pepper jelly on the top and put them under the broiler for 5 minutes.
