No sir. They are in the mid-west, but I figure that since Kroger was mentioned that they are not far behind.
I've been reading that some shops in the large high crime areas are now putting barb wire behind their shop glass to hamper thieves.

I do not know about the Midwest but I do know Lithia Springs and before I leave the house I’ll make sure everything is up and running and I say a little prayer God let me be in the right place at the right time to protect some poor innocent old persons!
