I understand the "ammunition" part of the law. What I do not see is a reference to turning a solid projectile from bar stock. I don't think it's illegal until you make it into a cartridge, is it? yes, it is illegal to make just the bullet, Doesn't have to be loaded into anything, Did I miss that? Not really, different statute,
