Asked to leave WAL-Mart Tonight because of CC Rig Showing...

Handed over your weapon and they ran your information in the back room? I would have just left the store and not had to go through all of the invasion of privacy for doing something completely legal. That is just me, I would have handled it different.

This, you mention the cops... I'm out the door. I would have shot him the bird and walked out the store. Im sure I would have passed the cops in the parking lot on my way out, you mention a gun to the Clayton county police... They are there FAST

So you do need a permit to open carry...

Unless you are on your own property, vehicle, legally hunting or fishing on your own property or the property of another, working at your own business or another business with the owners consent...........i think I covered them all

why in the world would you do any of this? just leave when it becomes obvious that they dont want your money.

Yeah.... No. I'm not going "in the back" with anybody much less some flashlight cop. Eat a ding dong. I'm gone. Poof.

Bingo. You got um all.

SUE Them... Yes SUE Them... They detained you for no legal reason, it would be the same as if they stopped you for shoplifting and you didnt steal anything... Get a Lawer, have him make a call to the district manager for loss prevention, and tell him about the illegal detention... I worked LP for over a decade, and asking someone to leave is one thing, detaining them untill the police arrive is compleatly diffrent...

I think I woulda "went in the back" with him just to escalate things a little...lol
