Asking someone out for drinks

image.jpg

To the OP: Are you sure you're not asking girls out that are out of your league? Maybe lower your standards a bit and you'd do better. If that doesn't appeal to you, then do a little drinking before hand. It makes everyone look better and you won't have to lower your standards.

Translation: Bang a fat chick and enjoy yourself. They know they have to do things the other girls don't do plus they love good food. Or drink so much you don't realize you have lowered your standards.

I have experienced this three times in the last couple months and was interested in y'alls opinion. I will be talking to someone, in person or over text, and suggest we get drinks or something. They then all say the same thing: "I don't drink". I thought asking someone to drinks was an ambiguous invitation to go out and alcohol was optional. I mean oj is a drink. Are these people idiots or am I using this phrase wrong?
I could have helped this guy, it's pretty simple just don't date girls who use 4 letter words like STOP ,DON'T AND QUIT .

Welcome to the trader! Off the top of my head, a few tips:
-Stop trying to pick up chicks at AA meetings and middle schools.
-Think about refining your wardrobe...

-Maybe don't ask her while standing next to your car...

-If she doesn't drink, how are you going to get the roofie..... I know, offer her a sandwich!

But seriously, I would say that there are two possibilities. One, she doesn't drink and that can be a deal breaker for some people. Maybe she just wants to be up front about it. Two, (unless you're trying to pick up chicks at Brigham Young University) asking someone out for a drink is pretty standard code for an informal date, saying that she doesn't drink is a polite way of saying she's just not that into you. If you have any doubt, you can always go for broke and follow up with an invitation to do something else.
My preference; "Wanna come back to my parents basement and we'll order a pizza and f*ck on the couch?
(After she storms off) "What, you don't like pizza?"
