So, since the assault weapon ban has been dropped by the democrats when will people quit the price gouging???? I'm ready for this crap to settle down! I'm tired of seeing $800 Bushmaster from Walmart sell for $2000.

The original AWB by San Francisco Kalifornia Senator Frankenstein was dropped but separate bills such as Universal Background Checks (UBC's) are still being pushed and promoted.
Be situationally aware of the political climate currently.
That addressed, when shelves get stocked back up (when?) and folks stop paying outrageous prices then prices will normalize, when buying drops off and supplies are in excess the prices will drop more. I'm just saving my coin waiting out the storm.
I'm not seeing any entry level AR selling for $1500 and up any more.

AWB hasnt been "dropped" it is an ammendment to the gun bill due to be voted on in April. Magazine limits are also an ammendment.
