Good news, ‘cause I’m sure no one on the ODT every carried in a Post Office.
This guy was a Postal worker or a truck driver under contract to haul US Mail to and from post offices.
He was apparently carrying in a fanny pack which is not very discreet-- nowadays cops know that fanny packs are out of fashion for everybody and generally only used by people packing pistols!
It's like walking down the street sipping something from a can or bottle that is completely wrapped in a small brown paper bag : everybody knows it's alcohol!

lol! I never realized I wasn’t supposed to carry in post office!
Isn’t yours up on the wall, or don’t they do that anymore?
I hate it when something I always did anyway becomes legal. Takes all the fun out of it. Makes me feel less like a rebel
