I remember saving up my allowance and lawn-mowing money to buy the game cassettes at a big department store at the mall for about $40 each, back in the early 1980s. That was big money back then.

I've had this console for YEARS, tried to get my kids to play it (since it's the only games I can beat them at) but they prefer shooting. So my childhood game system goes to the chopping block to keep them in ammo.
