ATF slap down AKA Innovator VS ATF

So what do you make of this? Is the ATF now saying that anything that looks like a suppressor is a suppressor? The court's ATF slap down sure makes it sound that way.

It's no real news, ATF just has to standardize their determination so it's understandable, right now it's just on their whim. It could end worse or better for muzzle devices, depends on the atf's new test to decide.
