It's not as fun as you think it would be shooting one.Glad they ruled the way they did. Sad part is that I can't afford to feed an AR with an FRT.
I've never shot one before. Hopefully someone has one that they can install now without fear of a prison sentence. Maybe an AR-9 would be more economical. It's not as fun as you think it would be shooting one.
Rent a machine gun. It's fun for about 2 magazines. Very difficult to control in an AR15, not to mention expensive.I've never shot one before. Hopefully someone has one that they can install now without fear of a prison sentence. Maybe an AR-9 would be more economical.
There is no Bill that has been submitted to congress that calls for the classification of FRTs as machine guns, as far as I know. The President doesn't write or pass law. There would have to be a majority in the house and a filibuster proof majority in the Senate to change the definition of Machine guns. What if Camel I mean Kamala gets elected and then gets the libs to pass the bill as legislation? Then the BATFE would come around and confiscate the FRTs again. Right? They should abolish the BATFE.

Chevron was a giant win. There are more cases coming to challenge all of this government overreach. But, unfortunately this takes time, and the left is organized and in it for the long haul. We need to be too.
Abolishing the BATFE is best case scenario.
