Is it just the QB? Does Penix shoulder the most of the blame? If so, who is his replacement?

Is it the Falcons mental state? Do they expect to lose, so they lose? How do you change it?

Bad coaching decisions on the field? Do we need another HC and if so, whom do you hire?

Bad drafting and player scouting? How do you change that?

Offensive plays / defensive schemes? New OC or DC - whom do you hire?

Are they just not as talented as the other teams?

Are the Falcons not conditioned enough for a full 45 minute game?

The trend seems to be fire your coaching staff, hire the best OC available to be your new HC, and hope for the best. Or just do what the Falcons do.
