I know the king and queen building since one of my best friends set all the precast. In 2009 there were a pair of 40 story buildings erected on Peachtree and I believe it was 191. The alarm company I ran did the FA for Cleveland electric and I spent a good bit of time there. Nothing like riding the top of elevators while testing the smoke detectors. And the outside freight/construction elevator was a blast too.

When I get back to town I'll look through some old papers and see where it was. I might be way off but I think the address was 191 and it could have been any of the peachtree's since there are more than one.
I do remember that they were "high end" apartments.
It won't last. It will take a remarkably short time before the computer predictions begin focusing on minority areas and then the cries of racism will force them to override the system and modify the parameters to try to equalize the predictions. Which will negate the entire intent. The simple fact of the matter is that if you target crime in Atlanta you will be condemned for racial profiling.
Deloitte is at 191 Ptree next door to Ritz downtown. Been there a while. King & Spalding were there until moving to midtown. 180 across the street is the old Macys bldg. 911 is on 6th floor of 180. Major network communications company in that bldg also.
Just another reason to be nude while carrying.
