I worked out with a guy that had a gold grill today. I'd completely expect him to get ejected from a jury.

He was white by the way.

The DA cited the potential jurors criminal record and gold teeth as the reason for dismissal. Seems reasonable to me.

If he can't vote, then he would be properly dismissed during voir dire. Looks like a pretty clear cut implied bias.
