It’s not perfect but if you put in some time to calibrate and get the tube tilt angle right, it’s a total time saver.

Do you think it’s worth the 4x price tag over the Hornady or rcbs unit? I’m not particularly worried about speed, I just hate hand weighing charges
I’d say it depends on what you’re loading for. The Fx-120i scale/balance is the key part of the precision. If you want the best precision ammo you can make provided your case prep is excellent, it’s worth it.
I’ve got the rcbs and it’s plus/minus anywhere 3 to 6 tenths of a grain and maybe 1 out of 10 times it throws right which for rifle it’s bad. I bought a A&D ej6100 scale and it weighs perfect but cost $400. What I do is use the rcbs to toss 3 tenths less ,then toss on the “A&D” scale and trickle for accuracy.
Only reason I didn’t buy the really good trickling scale is I had already bought the rcbs and figured I’d just make do with it and use it for 1st toss and accurately use the other to make the weight perfect.
You will see the difference in total weights when doing that the rcbs is not accurate enough at all.
I did send it back and they said it was right but using a really good scale to verify you really see how bad it is.

Oh and as a side note none of those scales like fluorescent lights I use led’s being I watched the weight change up and down with fluorescent bulbs .

Well, I just ordered the auto trickler v4. I hope it blows my socks off! 🤣🤣
Finally got around to setting up and running the AutoTrickler. Not sure how I ever survived without this thing. It’s amazing, Fast and accurate. For anyone that ever reads this and it on the fence. Buy it. You won’t regret it
