Here’s the plan
Remove membrane
Heat egg to 225
Season with Lane’s rub and seasoning
Cook start 4:30
Spray with apple juice 5:15
Spray with apple juice 6:00
Foil at 6:30-6:45
In the foil goes butter, brown sugar, and honey.
Ribs done by 8:15-8:30

I will update as the cook continues.

I usually do.. 1.5 hours, bone down then mop and flip. Another 1.5 hours meat down then mop and into foil with nothing added. 1 hour in foil, remove, mop and 1 more hour bone down. The whole time temp hovers around 200 - 220

Second spraying with apple juice. This is just a new way I saw on you tube. Thought I would try it. Egg running steady 225. B4CABF90-D5BA-4D06-AA5D-7FA6A7F5F599.jpeg

I think you have a perfect rib plan. I use a Texas fire box on a smoker but everything else nearly the same. I do finish for the last 15 - 20 minutes with a Kansas City style sauce for any that want them "wet."
