Bacon, brown sugar, cajun wrapped chicken

Ok, tried this tonight and it is wicked awesome. Thanks for the recipe OP!

I used 1 cup brown sugar to 1/8 cup Tony Chachere's, and it's perfect. I don't have a raised rack so I just drained the baking sheet after 35 minutes and put them back in the oven for a few. This made the bacon on the bottom kinda chewy, but that's how I like it. Could always finish them in a frying pan to crisp them up if needed.

Again, these are great and I will be making these again. I saved myself some hassle and just wrapped chicken tenders instead of cutting into pieces.
