Some of ya'll may already make something similar but man, is this good!

Grocery store had tenderloins on sale so I bought a twin pack. Cut em about 2" thick, wrapped with thick cut bacon and held with a toothpick. I sprinkled generously with Slap Ya Mama seasoning, chopped some garlic and threw it in with the marinade (a Dale's knockoff called Moore's). Let it ride overnight.

These are just a tick salty so I say use less seasoning next time.

The other ones I sprinkled with Dillo Dust and used the same marinade, no garlic this time. These turned out fantastic.

Gonna do these again! nitrousfedlx nitrousfedlx rax_wall rax_wall

I bet @Bullfrog81's Cajun chicken seasoning would be great on these also!

I do that with deer loins and pork tenderloins. I have to ration the deer loins so they'll last. I have a freezer full of those pork tenderloins. I get them when they're on sale for $2.99lb. No fat and no waste. Fork tender.
Would u take $2.99lb for the deer loins? Hahaha
