Halftime show hasn't been good in a long time. Why should the next one be any different?

In the past it was an omage to an existing superstar (Michael Jackson, Prince, Paul McCartney, Beyonce), or a career-boost for a mid-level / up-and-coming star. Either way, it's now the stuff of E! TV, tabloids, and various opinion circles that I care nothing about.

There are more important things to worry about, e.g., Super Bowl commercials.

They're trying to appeal to the new generation. But if they ain't makin em money, what's the point??
