If you end up sending it out, I highly recommend ECCO Machine in Colorado. He has rebuilt a 22 silencer for me in the past, and just recently fixed a threading job on a Nagant pistol that a local ODT'er botched nearly beyond repair. The threads had to be cut off, and internally threaded. His prices are very reasonable as well.
