Wouldn't call that battle-worn, unless the battle was against the elements.
But, I would love to have it. Looks like it might be at least reasonably functional.

Just need some worm-eaten grips to go with it.It is. He said the barrel, safety, and other parts had been replaced/repaired.

I wouldn't call it "battle worn" either, I just thought of it when I read MAK's response to my first post. The artistry is impressive if all those dings and dents are just on the surface. I agree though that it looks less 'battle worn' than 'found in a field after a battle 20 years ago.
I'll have to look into that. I don't own a Glock yet, but if the BW finish has a superior coating for not much more money I can certainly see the appeal of that. As a lefty I would want to wait on the Gen5 package though.I think y'all are getting hung up on the name "battleworn".
I bought one of the 19's not because it looked "cool" but for the propriety nickel boron coatings, included barrel and internals.
The extra slide cuts feel good in my hand and the gun mechanics are definitely smoother than my other Glocks
I paid a very small premium over a standard Glock and am very happy with gun.
You might want to try one before you jump on the hater bandwagon.

Some of the examples posted above are definitely not what I would have thought "battleworn" looked like. They look more like a two-toned paint job to me. I almost expect to see some airbrushed ghost flames coming from the front... A paint job done just to make one look old is silly to me, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I think y'all are getting hung up on the name "battleworn".
