Yep, that is the latest tactic to say "complete", as it is fully assembled with necessary parts to make it a complete upper assembly, then you get to spend some more money by adding your BCG and CH so it is a completely complete completed upper. However, that is a cheap price for an almost completely completed complete upper. You would be at about $150 for PSA plus sales tax, and about $180 for a similarly almost completed complete upper from Anderson, but not completely completed complete upper with any of them..

Add the completely completed complete BCA you referenced above to the PSA complete lower linked below, and you're all in for about $330, which is what I paid for the completely completed complete Anderson 300 blackout rifle a few weeks back. $330 seems to be the new low for a delivered COMPLETE RIFLE!!
