Becoming an M&P fan??

Hmm, nope not really. I'm not a fan of any firearm. I'll use what I like the most, but if something comes along that's better for me I'll switch in a second. I have zero brand loyalty.

I shoot better with a 1911 but I still carry Glocks, I guess I have so much time and mags invested that it would be a pain to switch. Plus, Glock HQ has always treated me right with all my Glock purchases.

I own several Glocks. I got a little bent out of shape with Glock when they didn't introduce the 9mm single stack this year so I bought a Shield 9mm. The next day I traded one of my Glocks for a M&P Pro 40 with the 5 inch barrel. I have since taken them to the range. The Shield is still a little stiff as it is new, but does not shoot like a small pistol at all. The M&P Pro 40 shoots extremely well and seems to fit my hand well. It is early for a true report, but so far I like them both.

I sure do wish I had some M&P's to trade all of you for your Glocks, although I do like the M&P and would have no objections to owning a couple of them, but I would not trade my Glocks for them.

Looks like the M&P will be the next ODT fad...I give it two months and then most of you will be posting all of your lnib M&P's FT for Glocks. Again.

Dang I'm just the opposite. I'm a fan of all firearms. Though I do not have much brand loyalty except for Browning. I love 'em.

After being a Glock guy for years I switched to Springfield for a while. I still prefer the way a Springfield shoots and feels, but they are not as versatile or proven as a Glock so I'm back. I was also a Beretta guy for a while back in the mid 90's...

I have yet to shoot a S&W semi auto that has a great trigger. It could be me and it probably is but I just don't like the feel. Their revolvers are amazing and a different story altogether.
