That just means that it has to be shipped to local FFL for you to fill out 4473.
Almost every firearm is that, unless it is a C&R being shipped straight to you if you have a C&R license.

uhhh, ya, but i could be wrong but southernohiogun only sells to FFL dealers

they didnt use to and then around 2005 or 06 they swapped to dealer only and you could only view the dealer pricing via cached PDFs unless you were a dealer registered with them

Good to know, my mistake. Thought they were a regular place similar to Bud's.
