Also they were $20 cheaper 6 weeks ago. They are a little rougher than advertised based on the reviews and Classics optimistic ratings system

I really want one but hesitate based on last experience with these guys. Similar deal on Sigs that were VG rated but in reality - serviceable with 10% finish and dog chewed grips.

If I saw one on here for 300 I would consider it. But 300 plus shipping, plus transfer fee and only 1 magazine is a no go. I've seen vgc 92fs with 2 mags at local gun stores for 400 ish.

Likely various police and military agencies are phasing out their dated sidearms. The S models in particular are old and plentiful.

Yeah, I would have thought all of these would have been turned in years ago.
The topic comes up here pretty often, I can't see paying over $300 for one of these when 92FS's were being posted just over $400.
I had a 92F listed but pulled it because of so many 92FS's getting listed around the same time.
