BERGARA B-14 WILDERNESS

Mine is a very nice weapon; but it weights about 13# with scope and suppressor it likes. Not really a hunting weapon if you have to carry it. Also, 24" barrel with can is a long broomstick to move around in tight cover. Now shooting over a big field, it would be fine.

I appreciate the info. I'm sure it'll be 80% hunting and 20% range use so looks like the Wilderness would be a good one.
Just don't know anyone personally that has a Bergara

I have a Bergara, but it is quite different from the Wilderness.

I have a lot of students use Bergara’s in my Basic Precision Rifle Course, but they aren’t using the hunting-oriented rifles. They have all shot great, though.

Yep, I'd say that one's a "LITTLE"different than the one I'm looking at, nice!

I have a B-14 Ridge SP, haven’t had a chance to fire it past 100 yards yet but I am happy with it. Well balanced, bolt is slick as snot and trigger is amazing out of the box.
