Best Bourbon that doesn't break the bank?

I have added two bourbons to my bar neither too expensive but both very good
Henery McKenna Bottle in bond pretty sure I paid abound $30
Elmer T Lee
the Elmer T Lee is a little hard to find but about $42

Buffalo Trace is my new favorite for budget bourbons. 1792 was okay, same with Elijah Craig. Both good, but not my favorites. Just finished another bottle of Bulliet, which is fantastic.

Oh, and Churchill would say that Whiskey needs a couple drops of water to really open it up and anybody that doesn't drink it that way is a heathen.

X2 for Bulleit. It is excellent

If you can find it, Revel is another smooth sipper.

Both are 90 proof. Neither will break the bank.

Basil Hayden's, knob creek, woodford, and blantons. A cheaper one that's about as good as crown is forty Creek. Lastly, I like mixing wild turkey 101 with ginger ale. I can't bring myself to mix the others, they are too good straight.

Out of all of them, Basil Hayden's is the favorite

For those that are really into good bourbon, not the trendy, hipster, marketing hype bourbon; then you got to have one of these. Scoff all you want but it's the only way to drink good bourbon.

For those ballin' on a budget, these do the same thing at a fraction of the price: (what I use)

Ice is for the hippies and trendy. If you can't drink it neat, it is crap

I too am a believer in the you should "be able to enjoy it neat" concept. Just like I think good corn on the Cobb doesn't need butter or salt, good coffee doesn't need sugar or cream, etc. I typically prefer some ice regardless though. Probably just habit.
