Best Bourbon that doesn't break the bank?

It's the best I've found recently. Loads of flavor.

This is a real sleeper bourbon for price and quality, If I don't want to spend big bucks (most of the time) it's my go to bourbon.

Other one is Old Grand Dad 100 proof, bottled in bond.

Multi Quote didn't work, bourbon is 1792

You have to go with the Small Batch. You're right, the regular stuff is crap.

My store doesn't offer that, never knew they had the small batch.

I get the ice vs no ice. I like it either way. What drives me freaking insane is friends that have no class. I poured some Basil Hayden for a friend of mine not long ago. Moron had a coke he had been sipping on and he poured the bourbon in the coke! Waste of good bourbon and it was a real coke, you know, glass bottle with real sugar....the holy grail of Coca-Cola. So he wasted good bourbon and a real coke. I was utterly dismayed and he didn't have a clue why.
