. good luck finding angels envy as it is "allocated". Several of the Wharehouse Liqour stores near me say they may get more around Christmas if they are lucky. Finding Elijah Craig with 12 in front is next to impossible since they stopped making it with age in front. Like old charter still has the 8 on the bottle they just removed the word year. The 12yr age is on the back for now(Elijah),but I bet they will drop it not very long from now.WL Weller great for $$ and hard to find. Angels Envy great for @ $50
Yes that does seems a bit strange but it takes all types. I still look at it like coffee. Some love black coffee but most cut it with something to some degree or another. I try not to judge too much.As far as drinking good bourbon with water, well if it is not cask strength(120-130 proof) it has already been watered down. The lower the proof the more water added, so most people are already drinking watered down bourbon. So, why do you need to add more? I have seen a guy in Vegas order a Louie the 14th cognac($300 a shot) with coke, Smfh

People are consuming aged liqours faster then they can make them, as it takes about 7 years to make a demand adjustment for bourbon. I bought two bottles of angles envy last time a Liqour store near me had any in stock. I just noticed yesterday that one was 3/4'empty. I told my wife she could try one as in one drink as she doesn't like/appreciate bourbon; and she thought I meant one bottle. She then goes on to say the only reason why she drank it was because she was out of her $12 a 1/5 vodka. My mind exploded, I calmly explained that I would have happily ran to the store to buy her cheap crap, as I am not sure when I will get the chance to replace that bottle. I am pretty sure when I do the price will be north of the $45 I paid( I get 10% off at my local Liqour store).
