The Thin Red Line.

Just rewatched it as well as Saving Private Ryan. The late 90's had such great movies.

My gramps was in the Pacific. The Thin Red Line really shows the unbelievable horrors of war.

Both of these were great WWII movies, that didn't follow the usual war-movie formulas.
And speaking of Bogart, and non-formulaic war movies, we can't omit the all-time classic, "Casablanca" !!!
