Best snake boots for turkey hunting?

I’m only 30 or so miles into my Lacrosse boots, we will see how they hold up. I just got them before turkey season. Maybe the Danners will be good. My brother has been lucky so far with a pair of the Danner leather waterproof snake boots. I think he is going on a year with no leaks. He puts serious miles on his boots like I do, and is almost always in water.

I’ve had really good service out of 2 pair of Danner Snake boots but I don’t walk through a lot of water. I’d buy another pair but that Made in Chine Tag is killing me.

That’s interesting. Link says “ Made in USA and Imported.”
I just looked at a pair of these a couple of weeks ago and the tag inside the boot said “ Made in the Philippines “.
That’s better than China and it looked like a nice boot. Didn’t try them on.

I've never owned a pair either, Just said made in the USA and imported. Who knnows why it's says both...

You can oil them and get them about 90% waterproof.

I’m going to have to check these out. I really like my other Danners but had no idea they were made in China. I don’t stand around in creeks much either.
