The worst part about that video was that cringe worthy "country" music.

It's a set from one of those goofy Chevy commercials. You've seen the one where they sit down for a focus group on an LA freeway on-ramp? In this one, they are in scuba gear. The Chevy rolls past underwater and the moderator says, "None of our competitors can do this and hold their value!" and the focus group (a.k.a., paid actors) say, "Wow, my next submarine will definitely be a Chevy."
