Black Hills .223 77gr moly coated match hps

I shoot 75's out of a 1/9, I shoot 75's out of a 1/8 I shoot 75's out of a 1/7.7 ... they all shoot roughly the same but they arent the same load for each gun. But they all would be considered a match load

1-9 twist should be good with 77 gr out to at least 250-300 yards or so, if I were shooting much farther ranges than that and wanted to shoot 77gr stuff, you might have to go to a 1-7, 1-9 is on the verge of being able to spin it fast enough to obtain good performance way out there.

Great. Thanks. May trade it for some 62 gr hunting rounds just for kicks. Ive got half 77 gr, and half 62 hollow points and soft points. Will be easier to find the lighter loads going forward.

In regards to Black Hills' .223 loadings, the 75gr Hornady bullets yaw and fragment significantly faster and more reliably than the 77gr Sierras. The hollow points on those Sierras are for flight control, not expansion.
