Crimped connections are quite strong. I've had para cord melt off my rifle. They might be fakes but the concept is pretty simple and hard to mess up. I've got a over priced real one, so I can compare it to these.

a lot of these fakes are out there for sale. with ebay and amazon you gotta be careful.

I would trust a real one from BFG, not sure I'd trust one from Hong Kong.
How'd you like to be running on concrete (or shuffling in my case, I'm old) and suddenly find yourself doing a 'drop test' with your rifle?

The crimped on bead will probably be strong enough but that pot metal ring will likely snap like a potato chip.
