Rust blue them at home your self. Cheaper, just a thought.
Any idea on the best method/product to use?

I have only used Pilkingtons so far. I have done two complete guns and liked the results. I have heard of others using what Brian mentioned with good results. Brownells brand is on my agenda to try next since it is 1/3 the cost.
The Brownells and the Pilkingtons produce identical results.
