Bodybuilding

I won the NPC GA Open overall back in 2000 along with several other larger shows. Competed on the national level but chose to get out of competitive before I had a real chance of winning a Pro card. Gave myself to 50 to go back and never did. I still train 5 days a week I just don't try to be the biggest guy in the world anymore.

I've coached a handful of successful male competitors over the years in bodybuilding. I mostly avoid it now as it's very time consuming to do it correctly and the dedication required to produce a physique that is capable of doing well in a show is difficult for most to maintain even with all of the pharma included.

If you're serious about finding someone to coach you for strictly show prep (4-6 months depending on your current condition) or off season to show prep (as long as it takes) shoot me a pm. I have a questionnaire that I have potential clients fill out to see if I'd be a good fit for what they are looking to do.

Few pics from back in the day (my face is purposely obscured for obvious reasons):
fantastic physique homie

As long as you're working out hard and you're not overdoing it you're going to get stronger and bigger. One of the keys I found was was to switch up the routine frequently so your body didn't get used to it. Introducing newer exercise in your program and not just doing the same mundane workout every other night or whatever. If your body building all natural there is such a thing as overtraining.

Does that HK 11 work? I've tried every supplement in bogus ingredient they had out at the time that I was bodybuilding. And nothing and I mean nothing worked like a good shot of Sustanon 250 stacked with Metindiabol, or Laurabolin. In the first month I got so strong so quick I blew both rotator cuffs in 30 days. I was averaging 10 to 20 lb increase in Max lift a week. I mean I wouldn't trust nothing that comes off the black market these days. But they got some what they they call designer compounds but half that crap is bogus counterfeit b*******. But I've been out of it so long I wouldn't even know what to think of half of it. Dangerous very dangerous! My body is so decrepant now I've got osteopath arthritis from my toes to my nose. It felt good walking around with big shoulders and big chest and back but I wish I could take it back.
No, most of the peptide, molecule splitting BS put out by that industry do nothing but remove money from your bank account. Many are unproven, have zero QC in place and some have even contributed to the deaths or failure of major organs of some users.

There are a few that work to help repair connective tissue if injured and similar small/limited assistance situations. Most are just crap supported by cherry picking data out of medical studies and then twisting it to support a very narrow assumption or opinion wrapped around the newest crap they've come up with.

There is nothing that can replace anabolic steroids (take your pick depending on intended needs), Human growth hormone and insulin (if used in conjunction with other PEDS in a specific fashion). Period, end of story.

When it comes to enhancing performance and achieving your bodybuilding goals, some people do turn to anabolic steroids, human growth hormone, and insulin. However, it's essential to approach these substances with caution and under the guidance of a medical professional, as they can have significant health risks.
So 10cc of tren a week isn’t ok?
