Bodybuilding

I won the NPC GA Open overall back in 2000 along with several other larger shows. Competed on the national level but chose to get out of competitive before I had a real chance of winning a Pro card. Gave myself to 50 to go back and never did. I still train 5 days a week I just don't try to be the biggest guy in the world anymore.

I've coached a handful of successful male competitors over the years in bodybuilding. I mostly avoid it now as it's very time consuming to do it correctly and the dedication required to produce a physique that is capable of doing well in a show is difficult for most to maintain even with all of the pharma included.

If you're serious about finding someone to coach you for strictly show prep (4-6 months depending on your current condition) or off season to show prep (as long as it takes) shoot me a pm. I have a questionnaire that I have potential clients fill out to see if I'd be a good fit for what they are looking to do.

Few pics from back in the day (my face is purposely obscured for obvious reasons):
Always knew when there was a competition because that black **** was everywhere for a few days.
Not me, I didn't compete, I was still fat but muscly under my thin candy shell. I forget what that stuff was called but it smelled like chemical and didn't wash off for days.

Protan was the go to back then. New **** out now but it's all still super messy. Most competitors just get sprayed at the show. Nothing like standing in a make shift spray booth with a sock on your junk bending over getting your "everywhere" spray tanned. LOL

All of it.
There was about a 2 year period in my late 20s that I spent about 6 hours a day at the gym. The big dudes were there when I showed up and there when I left most days.
WC1911guy WC1911guy You were still pretty damn studly last time I saw you
The key is getting fat in all the right places. :becky:

Don’t listen or take advice from anyone on here except @WC911guy….and me, lol. But he’s the man.

What’s happening Rutman? I wondered when you’d show up in this thread. 100% true though. OP, you’ve got two successful former high level competitive bodybuilders here with about 70 years of experience between us winning shows. Not just showing up, but winning the whole show.

I am passionate about bodybuilding, and I would like to try to compete. This would be the first time I would try to compete with someone from the bodybuilding field, but I would like to try it. I have been doing bodybuilding for some time now. I don't think I'm a professional, but I'd like to try my luck. This whole thing with bodybuilding started with some testosterone boosters that I got from www.healthcanal.com/nutrition/best-natural-testosterone-booster, and it helped me increase my muscle mass and became my passion for bodybuilding to be very large. So, if your offer is still valid, let me know.

Bump. Still looking for someone, preferably around paulding.
I know you said you were looking for meal prep recipes. I really like this website https://mealprepmanual.com/. You can sign up for a free account and get access to most of his recipes. I have tried several and they are all better than what I would get from most work cafeterias and he does a great job counting cals/carbs/prot/fats per serving for you. I'm planning on making his nashville hot chicken soon, I am currently cutting however.
