It happened on Feb 20th around midday. 12:08pm to be exact. Broad daylight.

Unfortunately, still ongoing with no leads, or at least none have been shared with the victim.

Fortunately, it's not mine. It happened to a buddy. Initially, he didn't want to interfere with the investigation. Just trying to help him out.
