Military Ruck Marchers not allowed to march........why? because bags are prohibited.....thus, no ruck sack, no ruck march......

The not so funny thing is the same reserve unit with NBC detection gear will still be onsite, with backpacks, the ones everyone thought were "top secret" contractors with "contractor baseball caps on" (as stupid as that was)..
