I have a lot of Cold Steel knives, but I bought this one about 20 years ago. I'm sure that I paid at least $250 bucks for it. I never carried it, or cut anything with it. I think they are going for maybe $500 to $600 bucks on the secondary market.

This is a bad ass knife.

Yes, pretty much. Cold Steel did a high end release of the Black Talon a extremely nice 1st edition. Then they came out with the Black Talon II. A very reasonable priced self defense knife. I have one of these as well, I don't carry it that often because it's strictly a self defense knife. It's a terrible EDC knife.

Like most other stuff, I have so dang many knives it’s pathetic. I have given away more than I have, nice ones too !
I will keep and carry several….as far as I care, I say BIKER13 makes about the best ones and the rest are ok but aren’t any better. Just a bunch of hype and fluff so the company can charge enormous prices.
Get a good one or a few good ones that serve specific purposes or no purpose at all !
My best advice…. Get one from Biker !
