We will see if this is actually true. From what I can find is that it has to do with treason.
There was an indictment of obama and biden in oct. of 2012 about the bin laden deal but it was not true.
we will have to see where this goes.
Well, the federal courts can not indict. but what was being talked about was recess appt. wich are illegal and unconstitutional but have aslo been done for many years without reprecutions.
the other is starting a war without appoval.

Federal Court? Not exactly, the indictment was handed down from a Citizens Grand Jury, in other words, it means nothing aside from a few folks saying what many more already know. He is a scumbag that does not deserve the office he holds.
