I think the phrase is unsustainable growth. They're up to their eyeballs in debt, surviving off the liquidity that comes from borrowing to build another. And their executive level people are royal assholes in person. Just FYI if you've never dealt with them personally.

The next recession will result in a bankrupt beaver and a lot of giant eyesores scattered around the country.

For a business model like there's, and the way our corrupt economy works, being up to their eyeballs in debt is a good sign. Means they're not stupid and know exactly what they're doing.
