Alright fellas here’s where I am with this project

Ended up getting a smokin deal on an Arken EPL-4 4-16. Slapped that baby on and went to the range after assembly. It wasn’t that hard after all to do.

First round of testing I tested 7 different kind of ammo and got this result with the gas block full open as per the directions from superlative arms. I was not very happy with accuracy.

So then I hurried home scrubbed the barrel good and checked all my torque values and went back to test again. No dice..

So then ordered a cantilever mount for a 34mm tube to put a known good scope I got from good ol 300_whisper 300_whisper on the rifle and went to test again.

Well my range is apparently closed on Sunday and Monday so it had to wait till the next Friday after Labor Day. During this time I’d been in talks with rainier arms and per their direction I closed off the gas block and tested again. Shot like crap again….
