Which is exactly why we go straight to you for the info. The furthest point from the furthest point is .632 that without subtracting bullet diameter. To me the distance between the two furthest points I use as group size. I see people measuring from one round to the other and then measuring from the next round to the next round and just keep on going and they call that group size. I prefer just to State the two furthest points of the group. While that not be the correct way it leaves no doubt in round spread. Those guys will have six inches of total spread and go from round to round and then claim the average of all roads 1.5 inches between two and then 2 inches between the nest two. LOL No bueno!
I appreciate the sarcasm but you and I both know it's well under .632 moa. I'm just stating the distance between the two furthest points is .632. I'm willing to call it just under half MOA just to satisfy the anal enthusiast. LOLWhich is exactly why we go straight to you for the info.
When it comes to their Ultramatch barrels they don't play around. They say they will put their Ultramatch barrels up against anyone and win. I believe it. Right now a lot of thier Ultramatch barrels are only 400 bucks. That's a considerable amount lower than they use to be. I think I paid 525 for the .308 barrel I used and 465 plus tax and shipping for my 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. I have spent as much as 600 on a barrel and I have never been able to outshoot Rainier Arms Ultramatch barrels. I believe that for the money you can not buy a better barrel. At least that's been my experience. I am really wondering how it will shoot with Federal GMM Sierra OTM will shoot or Federal Gold metal match with Berger bullets also. So I still have some testing to do before I post all the results but it's going to be something outshoot those Hornady results.Just heard back from their gunsmith. They sent me a return label to send in the complete upper and let him go through it and test fire it. So that’s where we are at this point. I’ll get it sent to them tomorrow and hopefully they’ll have it by Monday and sorted out by the end of next week. Can’t ask for better customer service than that!

So far they’ve been extremely generous to me. I’ll drop my upper off tomorrow at FedEx and hopefully they’ll have it by the end of the weekIt won’t be long and I’ll be building my first AR using the same lower as Alex, looking forward to gathering parts. After talking to Alex and seeing his experience I’m pretty sure I’ll be using one of their barrels in my build too, just for the CS experience alone.
They will go over it with a fine tooth comb. If nothing pops up they will put barrels on until they achieve the results they find acceptable. You can bet on that! 😁So far they’ve been extremely generous to me. I’ll drop my upper off tomorrow at FedEx and hopefully they’ll have it by the end of the week
