Looking for something for 22lr primarily.
In the perfect world it would be able to handle at least non-magnum centerfire handgun ad hold two targets for two simultaneous shooters. That second criteria may not be practical as I don't want something I need a forklift to move or that has a comma in the price. I realize freight is going to be ridiculous but any recommendations?

If you know someone at a local fab shop, you will likely come out much cheaper. I'm sure you saw the one I built my grandson..... it has survived many shots over the past 2 years, including 9mm, 380, 38sp. 9mm from a carbine doesn't dent the back wall of 3/16 plate, at the angle I built it. I'm supremely confident that 45acp and 44sp would be perfectly fine in it as well.
That being said, you could try something like this.....it says free shipping.

I used a large Rubbermaid trash can filled with recycled rubber-tires chunks (free) taped my targets to the side of it. Fired at this inside my warehouse in Norcross, 22LR is fairly quiet by itself, neighboring tenant less than 150 feet away, no issues
If you use a flat-sided can, you could put a piece of steel in it as a backstop.
For 22lr, you could probably fill it with newspaper, or something like that.
