All y'all ripping on OP for not buying insurance: if you bought something from Amazon and didn't get it, are you going to eat the cost? No, you'll ask Amazon to send a replacement or give a refund, and they'll do it, no questions asked.

What if you buy a Tesla and ask them deliver it to your house, but the driver wrecks it on the way? You just going to pay for that wrecked Tesla, or are you going to expect them to fix it?

Amazon delivers their **** so it’s their fault. The company that delivered your Tesla would be on the hook. SG doesn’t drop your ammo at your door. Sorry, you failed as hard as the OP. Be better.

You go after the shipping company of the tesla. Amazon delivers their own stuff, so if it does not deliver, you are still going after the shipping company.

I wish. I was sober when I did. I’m just surprised how many people are willing to pay a 1% surcharge to ensure people do the job they are paid for
