A few have fee stations if u camp in the campgrounds . But its forest land and you can camp anywhere dispersed fpr free

I like the chatahoochie nat forest above helen. Which has low gap and upper chat. Camps. You can also camp anywhere inbetween. There are plenty of private spots

Yes, I drive a 4x4. Really anywhere we can hike into easily with a short distance and get back to the truck easily , but also not be around a lot or any people
