Can’t list

I can’t list any items. It keep saying everyday wait 14 hours and some odd minutes. The same amount of time the last 4 days in a row. I want to list one item not more than 3. I haven’t used my 3 listings per month the last 3 months, so I’m not sure what going on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks again

There does seem to be an issue with the countdown clock on free listings for some users, but I do see 3 listings for you in the last 30 days.
