Can anyone identify this switch blade?

I have had this for years. Pretty solid feeling knife and action is great on it. I just have no clue about it? The wife and I was running a bar years back and cleaning up one night we found it on the floor. Zero markings on it.

i have one like it. Mine says Milano at the base of the blade. I think Dad got it for me at a gun show years ago. No name low value i think
