Canik Ghosting?

I have three Caniks.... TP9v2, TP9SC Elite & 55 (TriStar C100)... only have in the area of 500 rounds run through each but they have all operated flawlessly with 115 & 124 gr ammo.... both brass and steel casing. I like the DA/SA trigger with decocker on the v2 but especially like the trigger on the SC Elite. The C100 is also a great piece of hardware.... alloy frame is "quality" and it fits the hand very well... did a CGW trigger spring conversion on it that reduced the "pull" and smoothed it out a bit making it a delight to shoot...

Of these three Caniks, my greatest all around favor is for the SC Elite for carry...all things considered.

I remember the finish on my 55 was rather POOR. That looks sharp. Factory? Goes nice with the grips.

Yes, that’s the factory finish...grips are by Guuun....just a skosh thinner than original that were just that much too think for my hand.

I have close to 4,000 rounds thru my TP9sfx... No problems whatsoever... Best out of the box triggers there are... I did change out the front sight to put a bigger fiber optic front sight in it... The .40 thousands light pipe is a bit small for my old eyes...

IIRC Canik is an approved builder of NATO weapons.
Tristar just importer, they're made by Canik. (Turkey)
Didn't the original TP9SA have 1 or 2 issues? Thinking
all the subsequent TP9 editions aok. Sold my T100
recently, seemed like the thing to do at the time.

Yeager's a jerk IMO but this vid helped convince me to buy my 1st Canik. I now have a TP9 EliteSC, TP9SF Elite, and a TP9 Combat Elite Executive. No problems with any of them. Excellent triggers.
