just cut two venison roasts into about 1/4" thin steaks. dropped them in marinade for an overnight soak. gonna hit the grill around 5:30 or so tomorrow night..got some corn on the cob,and gonna bake some cut up potatoes,baby carrots,celery,and onions in the oven. little butter,little Lawry's seasoning salt.
gonna be real good...

been thinking we need to do a ODT wild game dinner..
find a place,and just show up and grill.. what ever ya got,hog,deer,rabbit,squirrel,quail,turkey,fish,turtle,gator,any game you have taken.
do it in early spring,so we all have game from the season left and its not to cold or hot...

i will. been trying to share some of my recipes on here. if you look back a little,you will find deer stew,deer jerky, and my bacon backstrap,maybe more..
gonna get the nieces and nephews together for a squirrel hunt when it cools off a little. will post up some "open fire squirrel on a stick". hope to get a few rabbits as well,and do a open fire as well as some rabbit roast this year..
i been jonesin' for some rabbit...
